Danielle Raesz
Before she became the Personal Training Director, Danielle Raesz was a familiar face known around the gym as “The Ninja.” She has been a competitive Ninja athlete for two years (including back-to-back years as state champion) before an injury in late 2021 forced her to take a temporary step back.
She comes to us with not only a ninja background, but an impressive athletic resume as a collegiate soccer player and track runner, and years in the fitness industry as a NASM certified Personal Trainer, which is why she was chosen to be the Level Up Performance Director.
She loves getting to pour into the adults and student athletes in our community through T3he Gym! She is passionate about health because she knows that it is our biggest asset- it is the one thing that we cannot afford to lose if we want to live a purpose-filled, quality life.
She has a built a beautiful life with her health-focused husband Jason, a Chiropractor, and their two amazing daughters, Kaylie and Adalyn. When she’s not in the gym (which is rare) she loves to eat Mexican food, watch sports, and dance to music videos with her girls.

Tiara Dickenson
Tiara Dickson has been the Kidzone Director for 5+ years now and loves every minute of it. However, her history with the gym goes far beyond her time as the Director. She actually joined the Kidzone Team years earlier because of her passion for working with kids, but gradually has become a fixture in Kidzone.
Her mission for Kidzone is that kids feel excited, safe, and loved when they cross the threshold. Additionally, she wants parents to feel welcome and secure that their children are being well cared for while they workout.
She is currently also pursuing a Degree in Nursing and a Minor in Psychology at UMHB. She has dedicated her life to caring for others, and we are truly lucky to have her on our team.
When she isn’t in Kidzone, Tiara enjoys going to High Fitness classes, reading a good book, and some Sweet Roll ice cream. Make sure you stop by and tell her hi.

Glennis Lamm
Glennis Lamm came to T3he Gym initially to rehab a foot injury and get her health back in order after a year of recovery. However, T3 has become much more, it has become a place to call home. She truly enjoys the community here and wants others to realize what they can find in this place.
She holds multiple degrees [BA, MA] and has worked in the fields of education and marketing for non-profits for over 10+ years. She believes that communication is essential for a place to thrive. She strongly believes that health is not limited to the physical—but that we should be thriving to be healthy and whole in all areas of the human experience.
In the little down time she has, she can be found sipping a cup of black coffee, spending time with her friends, volunteering at her church, and corralling her hyperactive puppy.
