Barre combines elements of pilates, ballet, yoga, and dance to develop flexibility, strength, and tone. Our one-hour classes are great for both new and experienced barre participants as you have the ability to customize the workout to fit your abilities. Each class focuses on a total body workout with a warm-up, upper body session, barre series, and abs. No dance experience needed. We promise fun music, lots of smiles, and a sore booty and legs!
